MFTransparency hosted the African Microfinance Pricing Transparency Leadership Forum in Nairobi, Kenya on 5-7th October. The event facilitated the development and implementation of pricing disclosure policy for African microfinance markets. During the event, training on pricing transparency calculations and pricing disclosure policy development by MFTransparency pricing experts was delivered. Working sessions were conducted on themes such as financial education, standards for reporting and pricing formulas for effective disclosure. Action plans for applying the learning of the event to the development of pricing disclosure policy were also developed.
