Launch of Transparent Pricing Initiative in the Philippines

On March 24, 2011 MFTransparency launched the Transparent Pricing Initiative in the Philippines with an event in Manila (Luzon). The launch workshop was co-hosted by the Microfinance Council of the Philippines (MCPI) and the Rural Bankers Association of the Philippines (RBAP). Additional workshops will take place on March 22nd in Davao City (Mindanao) and March 28th in Iloilo City (Visayas).

In this workshop series, Chuck Waterfield, CEO, and Alexandra Fiorillo, COO of MFTransparency, provided training on pricing transparency to a range of local industry stakeholders including microfinance institutions, regulators, funders and industry support organizations.
