MFTransparency presents at 6th Annual Penn Microfinance Conference, USA
The Penn Microfinance Conference is the first and largest undergraduate microfinance conference in the United States. The 2012 conference, entitled “An Agenda for Revival” brought together individuals, professionals and organizations to discuss and learn about the present and future impact of microfinance.
The event explored the recent issues that have surfaced in the sphere of microfinance and how microfinance institutions, the government and experts in the field are addressing these issues. The conference focused on reevaluating microfinance in a way that will allow for steady growth while assuaging controversies.
