MFTransparency presents at 9th Annual WWB Microfinance Conference, New York

WWB’s Capital Markets Conference brings together expert practitioners from the mainstream financial sector and the microfinance industry, and providing a forum for knowledge exchange. The 2011 conference, held in New York on 6^th and 7^th April, discussed why microfinance still needs and warrants quality investments to help achieve its vision of positively impacting the lives of poor and vulnerable people through provision of financial services while managing businesses that meet shareholder objectives.

As part of the theme on “Quality Capital to Deliver Social Mission” MFTransparency’s Chuck Waterfield presented on the issue of pricing transparency and over-indebtedness
