Although MicroFinance Transparency is now defunct and no longer operating, this website will be made available for some additional time, potentially until March 2023. MicroFinance Transparency intends to make all of the information and contents of this website available in the public domain, per a “copyleft” license of those materials. All of the information and contents on this website is freely available to the public under the terms of the GNU Public License version 2007 (GNU GPLv3) see http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.html and the GNU Free Documentation License v.1.3 see http://www.gnu.org/licenses/fdl.html. Where those two licenses may be conflicting, the GNU GPLv3 controls.

MFT grants to you a worldwide non-exclusive royalty-free revocable license to use the data presented on this site and in the downloadable tables for analytical purposes. You may reproduce the data.

d. Claims of Copyright Infringement. Pursuant to Title 17, United States Code, Section 512(c)(2), notifications of claimed copyright infringement should be sent to Service Provider’s Designated Agent.
